About Us
Mountain Springs Baptist Church has been in existence since 1884, being named for a still active spring located on the mountain across from the church building. We at Mountain Springs are a friendly group that want all to come to know the joy and peace found in Jesus Christ. We believe in welcoming all persons into God’s service. We would like for you to join in this joy, peace and fun found through Him.
We meet regularly for Sunday School, Sunday Morning and Evening Worship and a Wednesday Night Prayer Service. We also have church choir, children’s church, WMU group, Brotherhood, and youth group.
Our Mission
Mountain Springs Baptist Church is dedicated to the process of spreading God’s Word and doing His work. We believe in fervent prayer and that all answers come from Him.
Our Location
We are located at the corner of Mountain Springs Road and Chambers County Road 62, about half way between Daviston and Wadley, Alabama.
